On the surface, Project X Zone sounds like everything I could look for in a title. I love strategy games, and have played enough Sega, Namco Bandai and Capcom games over the years to appreciate most, if not all, of the over 200 characters drawn from 27 different gaming franchises.

Project X Zone - 3DS Review
Well, this is my last post to go up before my extended Independence Day weekend. For all of you here in the States, I wish you a great few days as you hopefully get a chance to rest, relax and enjoy the extra day or two off. For my other readers - here's hoping you enjoy this review, get to play plenty of games over the more traditional weekend, and as always: thank you for taking the time to stop by and read. I really do appreciate it. Now... on with my latest review.

Last weekend was obviously a pretty busy one for me with my vacation up north, but this is turning out to be one of my busier weeks coming up as well - at least in terms of gaming. With Magic 2014, Super Splatters and Project X Zone all landing, I plan to get reviews up for each very soon.

And over at Otaku Gaming, I have had quite a few new posts go up over the last week or so. My latest one? Good news for Final Fantasy fans who have been looking forward to Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Things did not seem so rosy last week when rumors the game had been 'quietly cancelled' surfaced, but a new article from IGN states that the game is alive and well.

Happy May! Welcome to a new month - and to kick off the month, I have some gaming info to share with the rest of the class! :)
First off, there's a little title called God of War: Ascension coming out in the somewhat near future. As a big fan of the earlier titles (the only one I haven't played yet is the 2nd PSP title - I plan to get the collection eventually - mmm... trophies), I have to say I'm excited about this one.

I had quite a few articles go up on Otaku Gaming over the last week or so, with several more on the way. One that was particularly interesting to me was the the email from Atlus talking about the end of Demon's Souls receiving online support.
