Optizonion Announces Hive Blight Early Access Launch on March 9th!

Bruxelles, February 3, 2026 | Indie studio Optizonion is proud to announce that Hive Blight, its insect-themed roguelite autobattler, will launch in Early Access on Steam on March 9. The announcement comes alongside the release of a brand-new trailer, showcasing the game’s world, strategic combat, clan and units, and the growing threat of a corrupting fungal plague.

In addition, the Hive Blight demo was featured in the Tiny Roguelike event, from January 31 to February 14. Optizonion is also participating in the event with Bounty of One, another title from the studio, giving players multiple opportunities to discover its roguelike lineup.

Bounty of One’s Crossover Update Brings Two New Heroes to Celebrate Steam’s Daily Deal on August 15

July 30 2025 - Bruxelles, Belgium | Optizonion announces a crossover update for Bounty of One on August 15 to celebrate its Daily Deal on Steam. Richard and Sisyphus, the two new heroes of Bounty of One, are references to the universe of the studio's next game: Hive Blight.

Bounty of One is a fast-paced roguelite survival game set in the Wild West, which has received considerable acclaim and a very positive score on Steam. You and your friends (up to 4) play as disgraced and wanted mavericks, battling hordes of bounty hunters and bosses on your way to restoring your reputation. Each character has unique skills to combine with a wide range of upgradable equipment and weapons.

In addition to an exceptional 50% discount, the game will welcome two new misfit heroes in reference to the studio's next title: Hive Blight.
