  • Midnight Moments - PC Steam Review

Midnight Moments is a cozy cyberpunk diorama-building game that is stunning. Unlike games that require you to complete quests or take out assailants or even solve challenging puzzles, this one only requires one thing: imagination.

  • Tormentum II - PC Review

Nothing says 'horror' more than what's inside your mind some days, and Tormentum II definitely delivers on horror inside the mind of a computer programmer (I assume), by the name of David, trying to get a simulation to run and ends up inside it himself!

  • OVER REQUIEMZ - Nintendo Switch Review

Today we’re looking at what has rapidly become an absolute favorite in the open-world RPG genre for me. An interesting story, memorable NPCs, stunning visuals, and a setting absolutely dripping with flavor, Dread Delusion sets its tone immediately and sticks with it.

  • House Flipper Remastered Collection - PC Review

I enjoy simulation-type games, and I enjoyed the original release of House Flipper, but I never got around to getting the DLC. When the remastered version of the game was released, I figured it would be the best way to experience the DLC while checking out how the base game was upgraded.

Follow the Old Legends in Talaka Releasing in Early 2027!

In Talaka, players take on the role of a young warrior who once believed in the old legends; the stories of Orisha gods, mystical creatures, and ancient realms. But as time passed, the myths faded. Forgotten by the world, the legends have begun to unravel, twisting into chaos and breaking the harmony between worlds.

Now, they must journey across dreamlike landscapes, reconnect with divine forces, and uncover why the myths have gone rogue. With the Orisha by their side, they’ll fight to restore balance before the stories vanish forever.

Key Features:

Dynamic Roguelite Combat - Every run offers new challenges and god-blessed weapons across 150+ weapon and skill combinations. Dodge, parry, and restore your way through corrupted spirits and twisted beasts in fluid, fast-paced combat.

A living Canvas of Culture - Every biome in Talaka is a living painting — from the arid Sertão and the vast Pantanal wetlands to the streets of São Paulo and the dreamlike depths of the Dark Orun.

Face the Forgotten - The legends that once guarded these lands are being erased from memory — and as they fade, they’ve lost themselves to a mysterious corruption. Hunt them down, master their patterns, and fight to restore what the world is forgetting.

Talaka will launch on Steam and modern platforms in early 2027. For more information, visit the game’s official website.

Fast-Paced Combat-Driven Roguelite Brings Afro-Brazilian Mythology to Life in New Game!

LOS ANGELES | Talaka is a fast-paced, combat-driven roguelite that brings Afro-Brazilian mythology to life in a vivid, hand-painted world unlike anything you’ve seen.

You play as a young warrior who once believed in the old legends—the stories of Orisha gods, mystical creatures, and ancient realms. But as time passed, the myths faded. Forgotten by the world, the legends have begun to unravel—twisting into chaos, breaking the harmony between worlds.

Now, you must journey across dreamlike landscapes, reconnect with divine forces, and uncover why the myths have gone rogue. With the Orisha by your side, you’ll fight to restore balance before the stories vanish forever.

Featuring lightning-fast action, dynamic roguelite runs, and a stunning watercolor-inspired art style, Talaka turns your controller into a paintbrush and every battle into a living canvas.

Will you rewrite the myth—or let it fade into oblivion?

Key Features

  • 🛡️Dynamic Roguelite Combat
    • Every run offers new challenges and god-blessed weapons across 150+ weapon and skill combinations. Dodge, parry, and restore your way through corrupted spirits and twisted beasts in fluid, fast-paced combat — culminating in epic miniboss and Boss encounters that will push everything you’ve learned to the limit. No two runs ever the same.
  • 🎨 A living Canvas of Culture
    • Every biome in Talaka is a living painting — from the arid Sertão and the vast Pantanal wetlands to the streets of São Paulo and the dreamlike depths of the Dark Orun. Enemies don’t bleed — they burst into ink. By the end of each battle, the screen is your own canvas.
  • 🔁Face the Forgotten
    • The legends that once guarded these lands are being erased from memory — and as they fade, they’ve lost themselves to a mysterious corruption. Hunt them down, master their patterns, and fight to restore what the world is forgetting.
  • 🧭Every Foe Tells a Story
    • Every creature you face in Talaka is rooted in real Brazilian folklore, fauna, and flora. The Mapinguari, the Velho do Saco, the Labatut, the Bathroom Blonde — legends that have haunted Brazilian imagination for centuries, now hunting you in every run. Uncover their origins in Talaka’s in-game bestiary, where every enemy has a story worth reading.
  • Gods Reward The Worth
    • Experience drums, chants, and melodies crafted in collaboration with Afro-Brazilian musicians, evoking the divine rhythm of a world on the edge of rebirth.
  • Orishas Guide the Way
    • Each run makes you stronger. Between runs, spend your earned Ashe to unlock permanent upgrades — boosting your health, dodge, healing, and more. Seek the guidance of Iemanjá, Ogum, Oba, and Eshu, each offering their own blessings to shape your journey.
  • Play Your Way
    • Talaka analyses your gameplay and suggests the ideal difficulty for your skill level — and if you want full control, accessibility options are always available: infinite health, one-hit kills, and more.
  • Roguelike Twists
    • Uncover Secrets: Every room hides secrets waiting to be found. Explore beyond the obvious and uncover hidden areas that reward curiosity with rare items and untold stories.
    • Kill Streak: Defeating enemies increases your damage output — but healing resets your streak. Push your limits or play it safe: the choice is yours every fight.
    • Brush of Kumbu: Some enemies appear shrouded in the mysterious corruption — absorbing almost all damage dealt to them. A single stroke of the Kumbu brush shatters the shield, exposing them fully. Upgrade and master the brush alongside your weapons to craft the ultimate build.
