Fatal Fury and Street Fighter Meet on the Battleground in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves in 2025!

TOKYO, Japan — September 26, 2024 – Today at Tokyo Game Show, SNK CORPORATION revealed that the iconic Street Fighter legends Ken and Chun-Li will join the roster of FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves as post-launch Season 1 DLC. Ken arrives in Summer 2025, followed by Chun-Li in Winter 2025. FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves launches early 2025 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store. Pre-order DLC characters, including Ken and Chun-Li, with the Season 1 pass in the Special Edition ($59.99/€59.99)!

In addition to Street Fighter icons Ken and Chun-Li, SNK revealed the cadence of their Season 1 pass DLC characters:

• DLC Character: CHUN-LI (Scheduled for: Winter 2025)

Super Puzzle Fighter II HD Remix - Xbox Live Review

I hope all of you had a really nice weekend.  Seeing as that here in the States it was a holiday weekend, giving me an extra day off of work - I particularly enjoyed it.  I spent a large chunk of time working on Madden and Dragon's Dogma.  So, now for the lats of my 'Street Fighter' posts - this one with a slightly less serious theme.

I figured with all of the 'hardcore' fighting posts that I put up over the last several updates, I would cap things off with a related, but still slightly less serious post.  For all of my history with the older Street Fighter games, I completely missed Puzzle Fighter until it came out on Xbox Live a few years ago.  I picked it up on a whim one day while it was on sale.

Street Fighter - Happy 25th Anniversary

I was not planning on getting a post out today.  I was going to let my Street Fighter IV review sit at the top of the mountain for an extra day before I did my next Street Fighter review tomorrow.  Then I stumbled onto something when I was surfing the web early this morning - but the original Street Fighter video game was released in the arcade on August 30th, 1987 - so happy 25th birthday Street Fighter!

How about some Street Fighter?

Uh-oh.  Yup, I'm at it again.  It's getting on toward fall, and with it a change in my color scheme and soon my banner.  I will likely run with this one until it starts to snow, and then I'll go to a lighter theme I already laid out.  Personally though - this white on black is my favorite.

I hope you do not mind if I have a few posts themed on Street Fighter coming up over the next week or two?

I was playing Street Fighter III on the PlayStation Network and then later, Street Fighter IV for my 3DS.  My son does not particularly like the Street Fighter games.  In general he is not much of a fighting game fan, but he did enjoy the Dead or Alive Dimensions game for the 3DS, but he gave up on Street Fighter IV very quickly.  He just does not see what I do in them.  I have been a huge Street Fighter fan since II hit the arcade scene.

I am a bit of a sucker for collection games, and they feel right at home for me on a portable unit like the PSP.  I think because they do not need to push any technical limits and tend to play just fine on the system, but they can house quite a few titles as well.  There are a lot of words packed into this game's title, but there are quite a few games as well.
