There are so many games that release on a yearly basis, but few games will be the most memorable in our minds. This year the team had a number of fun titles that have been more memorable than others, and that's saying something! Check out our list of memorable games of 2024 below.

Persona 3 Reload
This series has a way of tugging on my heartstrings and this upgraded version of the classic (complete with some new DLC content) was hard to put down and even more difficult for me not to think about after.V Rising 1.0
V Rising has been my most memorable because it has improved so much on its
journey to the 1.0 release this year. I finally was able to take on a boss
solo that literally beat me to a pulp in the early access stage. The music,
the graphics, the characters, the fun with building my castle, the perils of
the sunlight. It all just keeps me coming back for more. It’s even better when
I’m in a coop game because I can catch up fast to everyone if they had started
a game long before I joined them. Everyone’s idea of a castle is different and
most enjoyable to wander their halls peeking into rooms as I go along.

Satisfactory 1.0
Several years ago I joined an open beta for a little 3D factory game titled
Satisfactory. Man, has this game changed and progressed so much since I first
played it. Satisfactory 1.0 is everything we dreamed of, and more. There are
tons of project parts to assemble, lots of automation to figure out, and cool
creatures that you can find in the world of Message 2(A - B)b. We love the
doggos and we love Jet Manta. Also, DON'T GO KILLING STEVE. HE IS INNOCENT
OKAY?! *ahem*
Anyways, I've sunk a lot of time into this game over the years. Having to deal
with the challenges of setting up logistics is one thing, but having to set up
the system so that your factory looks good is a whole other ball game that I
still can't say that I've mastered. With each big update, Coffee Stain Studio
has given us new parts to work on, new items to customize our factories, and
they even upgraded from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5 in a few short
months (at least from the time that the public knew about the change). All the
hard work that has been put into the game, and the transparency that the
developers have had with respect to their fanbase has been integral to the
success of the game. Once 1.0 launched, and we finally received the story for
the game, we've laughed countless times at ADA's dialogue and reactions.
Honestly, Satisfactory is brilliant and I can't stop playing it. This game
will always be the most memorable game for me.
This game was an absolutely amazing nostalgia trip. A very retro aesthetic in
a grainy old-school television type view, where your goal is to explore a
post-apocalyptic scenario. It was a wonderful throwback to old-school gaming,
and it'll stick in my mind for quite a while to come.
Democracy is most memorable? Not a guilty pleasure? That's right! And the
reason is simple. Helldivers 2 was definitely a guilty pleasure but I found it
more memorable because I had the chance to merge friends, console and PC, or
play with friends of friends and simply enjoy the ensuring chaos of being
swarmed all of the time only to have your "friend" atmospherically drop
something on your head. So obviously you had to drop on their head while
respawning. Right? RIGHT?
