Philadelphia, November 10 | Cooler Games is excited to announce the launch of the Night Machine demo, now available on Steam. The demo arrives alongside a brand-new cinematic trailer offering a first look at the game’s atmosphere, and a taste of its real-time deckbuilding action.
Night Machine is a spatial roguelike deckbuilder with real-time tactical combat, where you pilot an experimental ship through the moon’s core to shut down an awakening alien factory threatening humanity’s existence.

A Roguelike Deckbuilder That Never Sits Still
- In Night Machine, every system of your ship is controlled through cards, and every decision happens in real time. You’ll need both sharp reflexes and strategic thinking to survive the moon’s depths.
- Dynamic Deckbuilding: Build and adapt your deck as you progress, discovering powerful combinations and using your cards as active ship controls in fast-paced combat.
- Patch Card System: Modify and merge card effects during battle to create custom abilities, pushing your luck for great results, or risking catastrophic overloads.
