This is looking like one of the more interesting NIS America titles coming our way. We have to wait for fall to get our grubby little mitts on it, but I suspect it will be worth the wait.

NIS America is very excited to announce that PSYCHO-PASS: Mandatory Happiness is coming to North America on September 13th, 2016 and Europe on September 16th, 2016 as a physical and digital release on PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®Vita! In addition, we will be bringing the game to Windows OS via Steam, and will have more information on that at a later date.
